SharePoint & OneDrive ↔ Odoo
Your team lives in Microsoft 365. Your documents should keep up with Odoo anyway.
Contracts, quotes, and reports pile up in SharePoint and OneDrive while operational records live in Odoo. zSYNC keeps documents flowing between the two, so the right file always ends up attached to the right record, in both places.

Sound familiar?
The contract is in SharePoint. The deal is in Odoo. They don't know about each other.
Finding the right document means searching two systems.
If a signed contract lives only in SharePoint, anyone working the deal in Odoo has to go hunt for it separately.
Someone always ends up uploading the same file twice.
Once to keep the team happy in Teams/SharePoint, and again to attach it where Odoo expects it.
A revised document doesn't update the copy in the other system.
Edit a quote in OneDrive and the version attached in Odoo is now the outdated one, silently.

How It Works
Three steps. All inside Odoo. No code.
1
Grab
Watches the SharePoint library or OneDrive folder, and watches Odoo records, for new or changed files.
2
Map
Matches the document to the right customer, order, or project record, in whichever system it belongs.
3
Dump
Keeps both copies current, so the file attached in Odoo and the one in SharePoint/OneDrive are always the same version.
Runs automatically. One document, one source of truth.

Why teams switch to zSYNC
Measurable results, not just features.
3 → 1
Cut support costs
On one project, support dropped from three full-time staff to one person working 10% of their time. You own the integration, so you stop paying an agency for every change.
1 version, everywhere
No more outdated copies
Whichever system a document is edited in, the other one catches up, so nobody works from a stale version by mistake.

Survives every Odoo upgrade
Your SharePoint/OneDrive integration lives in the front end, not in custom code, so it keeps running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Odoo versions does zSYNC support?
zSYNC runs inside your Odoo and supports the current Community and Enterprise versions. Because your integrations live in the front end (not in custom code), they keep running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.
Is my data secure?
zSYNC is self-hosted in your own Odoo, so your data never leaves your environment. It's GDPR-compliant, and you control every connection, every credential, and every pipeline directly.
Does this need a Microsoft 365 admin to set up?
It needs one-time approval from a Microsoft 365 admin to authorize the connection. After that, zSYNC handles the sync itself without further admin involvement.
What happens if a sync fails? Is there downtime?
Failures don't bring down your system. zSYNC runs on queued jobs, so integrations don't block each other. Every run is monitored, so you can retry a failed run, even add a field, and reprocess the exact same data.
