    Dynamics 365⇄Odoo

    Dynamics 365 ↔ Odoo

Dynamics 365 ↔ Odoo: A smooth handover, not a hard cut.
Migrating off Dynamics 365 doesn't have to mean a big-bang cutover. zSYNC keeps customers, items, and orders in sync between the two systems while your team moves over at its own pace, inside your own Odoo instance, no middleware.

    Sound familiar?

Two systems, one business. Right now, someone updates both by hand.
Which system is the source of truth today?
Without a clear sync, the same customer ends up with two different addresses, and nobody's sure which one is current.
A migration shouldn't mean double data entry.
If your team enters every order twice during the transition, the migration itself becomes the biggest cost.
Old integrations don't survive the move.
Custom connectors built for Dynamics rarely transfer cleanly to a new system, and rebuilding them from scratch delays the whole project.

    How It Works

Three steps. All inside Odoo. No code.
    1
    Grab
Reads customers, items, and orders from Dynamics 365 Business Central via its OData API, filtered to what changed since the last run.
    2
    Map
Matches records between the two systems by a shared reference, so nothing gets duplicated, and flags conflicts when both sides changed the same record.
    3
    Dump
Writes the result into Odoo (or back into Dynamics), with every run logged so you always know which system holds which version.
Runs automatically. No dual data entry. No guessing which side is current.

    Why teams switch to zSYNC

    Measurable results, not just features.
    3 → 1
    Cut support costs
On one project, support dropped from three full-time staff to one person working 10% of their time. You own the integration, so you stop paying an agency for every change.
    5 Min.
    Live in minutes, not weeks
A working Dynamics 365 connection is up in 5 minutes. A proof of concept in minutes, a full dual-system flow in hours, not the weeks a custom integration usually takes.
    0 outages
    Survives every Odoo upgrade
Your Dynamics 365 integration lives in the front end, not in custom code, so it keeps running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.
    No key-person risk
    No key-person risk
Any tech-savvy team member can build, own, and maintain interfaces: no developer on call, no single point of failure.

    FAQ

    Frequently Asked Questions
Which Odoo versions does zSYNC support?
zSYNC runs inside your Odoo and supports the current Community and Enterprise versions. Because your integrations live in the front end (not in custom code), they keep running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.
    Is my data secure?
zSYNC is self-hosted in your own Odoo, so your data never leaves your environment. It's GDPR-compliant, and you control every connection, every credential, and every pipeline directly.
Can it run both ways during a migration?
Yes, zSYNC pipelines can be one-way or two-way per object. Many teams sync customers and items both ways during the transition, then switch to one-way once Odoo becomes the system of record.
What happens if a sync fails? Is there downtime?
Failures don't bring down your system. zSYNC runs on queued jobs, so integrations don't block each other. Every run is monitored, so you can retry a failed run, even add a field, and reprocess the exact same data.
