    MyDHL ↔ Odoo

MyDHL ↔ Odoo: International shipments, customs included.
Stop rebuilding customs paperwork by hand for every international shipment. zSYNC calls DHL Express's MyDHL API straight from your delivery in Odoo: rates, labels, and the commercial invoice, all in one step, no middleware.

    Sound familiar?

An international shipment needs more than a label. Right now, someone builds that paperwork by hand.
Customs data lives in someone's memory.
HS codes, country of origin, and commercial value change per line, and getting one wrong holds the shipment at the border.
A rate quoted by hand is a rate guessed by hand.
Without a live rate call, your team either overcharges the customer or eats a shipping cost they didn't plan for.
One typo on a commercial invoice, one customs delay.
Retyping the same shipment into DHL's own portal after confirming it in Odoo is exactly where a value or weight gets fat-fingered.

    How It Works

Three steps. All inside Odoo. No code.
    1
    Grab
Reads the delivery's package details, destination, and each order line's value, weight, and country of origin, the moment it's validated in Odoo.
    2
    Map
Builds the MyDHL SOAP request: shipment details plus the commercial invoice lines needed for customs, all in the visual flow tab, no code.
    3
    Dump
Calls the MyDHL API, attaches the label and the commercial invoice to the delivery, and writes the tracking number back onto the order.
Runs automatically. No customs paperwork by hand. No portal switching.

    Why teams switch to zSYNC

    Measurable results, not just features.
    3 → 1
    Cut support costs
On one project, support dropped from three full-time staff to one person working 10% of their time. You own the integration, so you stop paying an agency for every change.
    5 Min.
    Live in minutes, not weeks
A working MyDHL connection is up in 5 minutes. A proof of concept in minutes, full customs documentation in hours, not the weeks a custom integration usually takes.
    0 outages
    Survives every Odoo upgrade
Your MyDHL integration lives in the front end, not in custom code, so it keeps running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.
    No key-person risk
    No key-person risk
Any tech-savvy team member can build, own, and maintain interfaces: no developer on call, no single point of failure.

    FAQ

    Frequently Asked Questions
Which Odoo versions does zSYNC support?
zSYNC runs inside your Odoo and supports the current Community and Enterprise versions. Because your integrations live in the front end (not in custom code), they keep running after Odoo upgrades instead of blocking them.
    Is my data secure?
zSYNC is self-hosted in your own Odoo, so your data never leaves your environment. It's GDPR-compliant, and you control every connection, every credential, and every pipeline directly.
Does it handle the customs paperwork automatically?
Yes, zSYNC builds the commercial invoice from your order lines (value, weight, HS code, country of origin) and submits it together with the shipment, so the paperwork is ready before the package leaves the warehouse.
What happens if a sync fails? Is there downtime?
Failures don't bring down your system. zSYNC runs on queued jobs, so integrations don't block each other. Every run is monitored, so you can retry a failed run, even add a field, and reprocess the exact same data.
